From 7 to 18 February (2019)
We will leave Madrid on a flight via Bangkok to Yangon.
Yangon: the previous political capital which continues to be the economic capital and maintains its colonial charm; it possesses one of the most unique religious monuments in south east Asia with the Pagoda Shwedagon, an immense pyramid of gold.
Mandalay: it presents many old wooden teak monasteries and the pagoda Sandamuni Paya with its 729 stupas, hosting each a page written in a big stone, is regarded as the largest book in the world.
Bagan: according to Marco Polo, one of the most beautiful sights in the world. The kings of Bagan built more than 4000 Buddhist temples in the vast countryside which you can contemplate in a colourful sunset from a pagoda or in an unique early morning balloon ride.
Inle Lake: a fantastic natural treasure where the fishermen row with their legs and where you can trade quality cloth with colours made in the old traditional way.
We will stay in the most luxurious hotels in Myanmar, with private villas in Inle Lake.
In a relaxing journey from Mandalay to Bagan, we will sail in an exclusive teak boat for the Group along the river Ayeyarwady, enjoying a unique sunset along the river.
